Pre-event staging, research and pricing usually takes 5-10 days. We expertly stage for high quality marketing photos, carefully inventory, price research and then fair market price every item in the sale to ensure the most profitable outcome for our clients. Any possessions remaining after the sale that went unsold, can be (optional) donated and/or removed from the property in a timely manner.
